List of Presidents of Pakistan: Pakistan’s president is the head of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. According to Pakistan’s Constitution. The President has Powers, subject to the Supreme Court’s approval or veto, to dissolve the National Assembly, to release new elections and therefore reject the Prime Minister.

The president has governments restricted and performing ceremonial functions while the prime minister has several authorities to make decisions. The President is elected by the Electoral Committee composed of the Senate.

National and Provincial Assemblies

The National Assembly and the Provincial Assemblies. The President may be in place for a period of five years in the event of a President ending the word before or during the absence of the President. The President’s President shall take a post.

These forces were changed several times through changes to the constitution, which were introduced as a result of military coups and changes in government.

18th Amendment

Since the 18th amendment of the Constitution was adopted in 2010. Pakistan has gone from being a half-president to a parliamentary democratic republic. Under that system, the president has limited governance and performs ceremonial duties, while the prime minister has several authorities to make decisions.

Iskander Mirza Presidents of Pakistan

Iskander Mirza became Pakistan’s first president in 1956. But his term ended after General Ayub Khan rejected him. He served from March 23, 1956, to October 27, 1958.

Secretary-General Ayub Khan

The Secretary-General Ayub Khan became the second president after Mirza presided over by a military leader in 1958. Khan is the first way to enter the law in Pakistan. He received services from the time of October 27, 1958, to March 25, 1969.

General Yahya Khan Presidents of Pakistan

General Yahya Khan was the third president of the country and was appointed on March 25, 1969. It was during his tenure that Pakistan saw the departure of East Pakistan, which eventually became Bangladesh. December 20, 1971.

Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Presidents of Pakistan

The fourth president of Pakistan was Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. He was the only warrior administrator in Pakistan. Interestingly, the 1973 constitution was drafted during its period. He was president from December 20, 1971, to August 13, 1973.

Fazal Ilahi Chaudhry Presidents of Pakistan

Fazal Ilahi Chaudhry became the fifth and first constitutional elected president in the country, while Bhutto became prime minister. He served in the position from 14 August 1973 to 16 December 1978.

General Ziaul Haq

General Ziaul Haq came to power on December 16, 1978, and became the sixth president of the country. He was killed in a plane crash on August 17, 1988.

Ghulam Ishaq Khan

Ghulam Ishaq Khan was a Pakistani bureaucracy serving as the seventh president of the country. His time duration from August 17, 1988, to July 18, 1993.

Farooq Ahmad Khan Leghari

Farooq Ahmad Khan Leghari was the first Baloch to be elected president of Pakistan. He swore on November 14, 1993, and was agreed on December 2, 1997.

Muhammad Rafiq Tarrar

Muhammad Rafiq Tarrar is a retired Supreme Court judge who served as the country’s ninth president. It served from January 1, 1998, to January 20, 2001.

General Pervez Musharraf

Secretary-General Pervez Musharraf is a retired four-year-old director-general who was the tenth president of the country. He withdrew from the office to avoid persecution in 2008. His term lasted from June 20, 2001, to August 18, 2008.

Asif Ali Zardari Presidents of Pakistan

Asif Ali Zardari was elected president on December 9, 2008, after his party had won the majority of votes in the 2008 general meeting. His term was terminated on September 9, 2013.

Mamnoon Hussain Presidents of Pakistan

Mamnoon Hussain was sworn in on September 9, 2013, following the victory of PML-N in the 2013 general meeting. His term ended on September 8th.
